Fees

Counselling sessions take place regularly on mutually agreed days and times, giving a sense of continuity to our work together.

I charge £55 per session. Sessions last for 50 minutes.

My fee for an initial consultation is £75. This takes longer than a regular session and I usually allow space for two sessions. Spreading the initial consultation over two meetings allows us time to get to know each other, and for you to decide if you would like to begin counselling with me.

I keep some reduced-fee places for those who are unemployed, on very low incomes, or students. There may be a wait for such a place to become free, however. We will have the opportunity to discuss fees, and any other practical matters, at your initial consultation.
